All attendants are trained by Chris an RN, Certified in CPR and Basic First Aide, Criminal background checked, references verified, Random drug test performed.

Our professional staff will under go a
comprehensive 3 day training in addition to a
monthly training seminar/meeting.
All training is done until the
consumer & personal care attendant are safe &
comfortable with their schedule and personal
care.
Criminal background checks are completed,
references verified and all Employee’s are drug
tested at the time of hire and randomly there
after.
TRAINING INCLUDES:
-- CPR and Basic First Aid done by
a Local American Red Cross Instructor.
-- Fire extinguisher
demonstration which is done by the local fire
company.
This is all completed for the safety of
our consumers. The last thing you should have to
worry about is your attendants, that is why we
go thru this procedure. You even have the choice
of hiring your own personal care provider.
Emergency Back Up System:
We have 2 attendant beepers, for emergency back
up, so you can call for assistance in between
your scheduled attendant services. Unfortunately
things happen which was not on the schedule and
so you have that reassurance that someone will
come and assist you ASAP.
Please remember that our bodies don’t always
follow the schedule that we put on paper. Your
care will not be carved in stone, sometimes
things happen and changes can be made to meet
your needs.
