N.P.C. is a family business, which has been in
business since 1993 and now providing care to
all of Cambria County and the
students at the Hiram G. Andrews Center/
Commonwealth Technical Institute.
We work very close with HGA and OVR to help you
meet your goals.
After many
request’s from past clients, N.P.C. has expanded
into the community by going on the Attendant
Care, Act 150, Independence & OBRA waiver
program‘s. We are now available to serve all of
Cambria County. We can assist you where ever you
may live, which may be at your home or a dorm
room at a local college. We are here to assist

N. P. C. provides the following services but are
not limited & can be changed to meet YOUR needs.
Assistance with Activities of Daily Living by a
professional staff which include the following:
Bathing, Skin care, Dressing changes ( following
your Dr’s orders) Grooming, Dressing, Restroom
Assistance (Bowel care, Catheterization--
Indwelling Foley changed by our own RN),
Transfers, Range of Motion, Meal assistance,
Housekeeping, Laundry, Outings (Appointments,
banking, shopping, & etc.), Respite and Much
more
