Nealen Personal
Care is the only agency with a RN on the
schedule at least 5 days a week to
provide personal care, medical
procedures, and monthly skin
assessments. We have a excellent
professional relationship with the Hiram
G. Andrews Center, where we have

TRANSITIONAL LIVING
Transitional Living has its own dorm
with spacious rooms to accommodate your
own personal care, personal supplies and
equipment. Students are responsible for
hiring their own attendant and I hope
this information makes your choice very
easy, NEALEN Personal Care is the best
attendant care agency at the center. The
other agencies try to duplicate what we
have mastered for years. Our staff is
reliable, responsible, very friendly
and eager to meet you.
The Hiram G. Andrews Center/Commonwealth
Technical Institute provides vocational
training and comprehensive
rehabilitation services to people across
the state. They offer many Degree
Programs as well as many Diploma
Programs visit their site for a more

OVR is the Pennsylvania Office of
Vocational Rehabilitation, a state
agency that provides services to help
people with disabilities prepare for,
start, and maintain employment.
